35 Weeks

Ok, so I succumbed.

Last year I had a maternity/ baby bump photo shoot.

Yes, that's right, you read correctly. I, Amanda Jane, went and got my 'makeup did' and stood in a room posing for photos (and felt ridiculously uncomfortable) just so I can look back at these photos one day and say "my goodness I was huge, so glad I captured that moment".

I should mention that the only way that I agreed to this was to not go to a professional photographer and go to a chosen location or be in their studio. I asked my brother, sister and Jeremy to help, as I thought that would make me feel the most comfortable during the ordeal/ experience.

Kimberley did my makeup, as she is much better at doing it than I am, and my hair was done by the extreme heat and pregnancy hormones - my hair usually has a wave in it but lately it dries with a lot of curl! Photography was done by Nicholas and Jeremy. I asked them both as they both have very different styles and I wanted to have a range of pictures to chose from, 'cause let's face it I hate photos so I am going to be VERY picky with what gets put out there. You will probably be able to pick which pictures were taken by my brother and which ones were taken by Jeremy - very different photography styles :)

So *sigh* here are a few of the pics taken of me and baby Buff (now called Alfie) when I was 35 weeks = HUGE!
Little did I know that I would have almost 5 more weeks of growing! My goodness... what a ride.....

We didn't pose for this one... Nick captured us mid hug... I like these types of shots :)
